If you are experiencing problems with the garbage disposal unit, first check to make sure that the unit is plugged in. Please remember to never under any circumstances put your hands down the drain into the disposal.
If the unit is plugged in, then try to locate the reset button on the bottom of the unit. When the reset button is pressed, the unit should start working again.
If your unit is still not working after you attempted to restart the unit, we suggest that you schedule an appointment for a service with one of our licensed & trained technicians.
